TADSIG - Claims
The
effective and expeditious handling of each claim requires a team
approach and each TADSIG member will be asked to take an active
role in this collaborative process. In order for us to assist
you in the timely investigation and handling of your workers’
compensation claims and to fulfill TADSIG membership
requirements, all losses regardless of severity should be
reported as soon as possible and not to exceed 24 hours from
time claim is reported by employee. Claims involving serious
injury or questionable circumstances should be called in to
Brentwood Services Administrators immediately.
First Reports of Injury may be reported via fax to the number
below. In addition, First Report of Injury reports can be
completed and submitted on-line by authorized member
representatives. Using Powerview, our proprietary claims
information system, TADSIG members can take advantage of the
ease and efficiency achieved through on-line reporting. If not
